Mike Drath Joins REX as CFO
Drath brings prior CFO experience from PlutoTV and social media marketing company theAudience
Last week, Mike Drath joined REX as Chief Financial Officer. Drath previously served as the COO & CFO of Pluto TV, where he managed the company’s acquisition by ViacomCBS, and oversaw the company's astronomical annual revenue growth from 7-figures towards a run-rate of 10-figures in just over three years. Drath is the first to hold the CFO position at REX.

Before working at Pluto TV, Drath was COO & CFO for theAudience, a social media marketing company. He also led the strategy and business development team for Disney’s Consumer Products division before heading finance at Disney Mobile Gaming. His prior experience includes strategy consulting work at Bain, as well as public accounting at Deloitte.
“I’ve been very impressed by REX’s mission, leadership and accomplishments since learning about the company, and I’m excited to join this outstanding team,” said Drath. “I’m looking forward to leading the finance team and contributing to the company’s accelerating growth.”
Drath will work from the REX office in Woodland Hills, CA.
